Bermuda needs Workforce Equity

THE TRUTH is, Bermuda needs a Workforce Equity Act more than we need electricity to power our homes. Equality in the workplace, especially race-based, comes to mind today after local media reports the ruling P.L.P. Government plans to try again to make the proposals law.
