And they have noticed that some people are ignoring concrete barriers erected west of the beach to Watch Hill.

Do not do this, stress Police. A statement pleas, “We are urging members of the public not to walk along the shoreline in that area and to heed the barriers, as they have been placed there for their safety.”

That means no ocean sight-seeing in that area according to the erected safety signs.
