46-inch tv, video games stolen in rash of burglaries
Around 11:30pm on Saturday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Ballast Point Road, St. George’s residence. It appears that sometime between 10:30am and 11pm that day an unknown culprit gained entry into the home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a 42” Panasonic flat screen TV. Around 1:30am on Friday, Police received a report of a robbery. It appears that the victim, a 25 year old Paget man, was walking along Gorham Road in Pembroke when he was accosted by two unknown men on a motorcycle. One of the suspects brandished a bladed article and demanded money before both suspects left the scene with the victim’s wallet containing personal items as well as a BlackBerry cellular phone.
