Gunmen target Spanish Point man

Around 11:25am on Wednesday, Police responded to a confirmed firearm incident in the Spanish Point Road, Pembroke area.

It appears that a firearm was discharged at a 22 year old Pembroke man. The Pembroke man managed to flee the scene on foot uninjured. The suspects, two men on a motorcycle, made good their escape.

An active investigation is underway. Police are appealing for any witnesses; particularly anyone who may have seen two men on a motorcycle acting suspiciously in the area prior to the incident or anyone with any information to contact the Serious Crime Unit on 295-0011 or the independent confidential Crime Stopper Bermuda hotline on 800-8477.
