Van given to Bermuda autism charity

STAFF and students at Tomorrow’s Voices-Bermuda Autism Early Intervention Center have been given a much needed boost  via a donated van from Bermuda Health Care and Health Center. The van, which will be used to transport Tomorrow’s Voices’ clients and staff around the Island, was previously used to distribute health educational items for the cancer charity. As their needs grew greater, Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre decided to purchase a larger vehicle. Fairmont receives prestigious award

The Fairmont Southampton today announces that it has been awarded the prestigious Platinum Adrian Award. Shelley Meszoly, Fairmont Bermuda’s regional director of sales and marketing, was presented the award at the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) award gala event held recently in New York City. GREEN TEAM AT THE FAIRMONT SOUTHAMPTON  HELPS IN RAILWAY TRAIL CLEAN UP

On Saturday, February 19, 2011, The Fairmont Southampton Green Team joined Keep Bermuda Beautiful in a cleanup of the Southampton section of the Railway Trail from Camp Hill to St. Anne’s Road. The cleanup was held in conjunction with the Catholic Diocese; young people, along with their families, also participated as part of their confirmation requirements to fulfill community service hours. A total of 79 people from the various organizations participated.
