Drugs, gun and assault charges — Arraignments session

Today’s arraignements session in the Supreme Court went as follows:

25–YEAR–OLD AARON WAYNE EVERSLEY FORMALLY DENIED ONE CHARGE OF CAUSING GRIEVOUS BODILY HARM TO 33–YEAR–OLD CHRISTOPHER VON–HASSSELL IN AN INCIDENT TAKING PLACE LAST YEAR, ON MARGARITA LANE, DEVONSHIRE.

MR. VONHASSELL HAD TO BE TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE HE WAS TREATED WITH HEAD INJURIES… AND LATER AIR–LIFTED TO A MEDICAL FACILITY IN BOSTON.

CHIEF JUSTICE RICHARD GROUND SET A TRIAL DATE FOR A LATER TIME AND EXTENDED EVERSLEY’S BAIL.

IN A SEPARATE CASE… 28–YEAR–OLD JAKAI HARFORD PLEADED NOT GUILTY TO FIVE CHARGES INVOLVING POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED DRUGS AND POSSESSION OF A FIREARM AND AMMUNITION.

ON JANUARY 8, COPS TURNED UP AT A ST. MONICA’S ROAD, PEMBROKE RESIDENCE ARMED WITH A SEARCH WARRANT… THEY ENDED UP SEIZING A LOADED GUN, DRUGS AND CASH.

CHIEF JUSTICE GROUND REMANDED HARFORD IN CUSTODY UNTIL A LATER DATE.
