Fairmont Bermuda Summer Work Experience Program

Fairmont Bermuda’s Student Work Experience Program (SWEP) offers career-oriented internships that allow students to showcase their talents and develop the interpersonal and management skills required for success in the hospitality industry. Available positions within the hotel are matched with students – through a variety of internships, co-op and school break placements – and specific academic requirements. Success in SWEP also helps prepare young adults for future opportunities within Fairmont Bermuda.

In 2011, eight students participated in the programme at The Fairmont Hamilton Princess. For more information about participating in SWEP please contact Director of HR at The Fairmont Hamilton Princess Kellianne Smith at 298-5705.

  1. Hi,

My name is Katie Hunter and i am a 20 year old medical student from Belfast, Northern Ireland.

My father was born in Bermuda and i have had the opportunity to visit the island on 2 occasions, which i loved. On both occasions we stayed in the Southampton Princess.

I would love the chance to spend more time in Bermuda and was wondering if you have any positions avaialbe during the summer months for employment? I can send a full CV.

I would love to hear back from you, thanks for your time,

    Katie Hunter
