Rosewood Tucker’s Point today announces that for the first time, locals are welcome to dine at the Clubhouse restaurant Sul Verde, which was previously only open to members. In addition, Executive Chef Guido Brambilla implements his first innovations with a unique restaurant concept and a new menu at The Point.

Opening of Sul Verde:

Rosewood Tucker’s Point is thrilled to announce its latest Italian restaurant concept. Executive Chef Guido Brambilla brings his authentic Italian flare to Sul Verde, an “eatalian” osteria. Located at the Clubhouse, Sul Verde’s rustic menu features an antipasti buffet along with traditional primi and secondi courses served family style. 

Chef Guido’s new concept is the perfect place to spend a relaxing evening together with family and friends while enjoying his delicious Italian cuisine,” says Duncan Graham, Managing Director of Rosewood Tucker’s Point. “Additionally, we are thrilled that the local community will also be able to experience Sul Verde,” adds Graham.

Indulge with an extensive selection from the antipasti buffet which includes homemade pickles and focaccia to a selection of cold cuts, salads and marinated vegetables. Ideal for sharing, the pasta selections include classics from carbonara to pesto and main course options are available from traditional chicken cacciatore to veal Milanese. Gluten free and whole wheat pastas are additionally available. An extensive Italian wine list and homemade infused grappas are also a specialty. Dining at The Point:

Point 360 Experience – Taking inspiration from the Pan Am Sky Club Murals on display at The Point, Chef Guido Brambilla has just introduced a unique ten-course menu named “Point 360” that takes diners on an epicurean journey around the world highlighting the ingredients and culinary style of 19th century ports of call. From Caiparinhas and ceviche in Rio de Janeiro, to lamp lollipops from Istanbul, diners have the choice of embarking on a five, seven, or ten course journey that pleases the palate and nourishes the soul. Christmas Day – On Tuesday, December 25th, The Point’s annual Christmas Day celebration will take place beginning with a cocktail reception at 12:00 noon, followed by a seated four-course luncheon at 1:00 pm specially prepared by Chef Brambilla. The cost is $135 for adults and $65 for children, excluding tax, gratuity and beverages. Reservations may be made by calling (441) 298-4070.

For guests who prefer to dine in the comfort of their own surroundings, The Point is also offering a special “Take Away” menu on December 25th that includes pumpkin soup, roasted turkey with traditional garnishes and a classic Yule log for dessert.
