Victor Scott Primary School today announces that it has successfully completed its summer programme. Donations from local and international companies in Bermuda as well as an individual enabled Victor Scott Primary to offer a structured summer programme at a reasonable rate for parents. NEW CHANNEL SPORTSMAX2 LAUNCHES AUGUST 15 ON BERMUDA CABLEVISION

Bermuda CableVision today announces that on August 15 Caribbean sports cable broadcaster SportsMax will launch a second 24-hour sports channel, SportsMax2, as part of its MaxPak offering. SportsMax2 will be introduced on CableVision’s Channel 351, where Fox Soccer Plus is currently located. Fox Soccer Plus will move to CableVision’s Channel 53, in the Super Tier. Bermuda CableVision today announces that it has secured a $1,000 grant for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bermuda (BBBS) from the Caribbean Cable and Telecommunications Association (CCTA). This is the eighth consecutive year that Bermuda CableVision has nominated and successfully secured a CCTA award for the local mentoring charity. Bermuda CableVision today announced that it is giving customers a bonus by more than doubling the upload speeds on its two fastest Broadband Link Internet packages, while keeping prices the same.
