GREEN FAMILY ANNOUNCES INITIAL PLANS FOR  SOUTHAMPTON BEACH RESORT

The Green Family today announced that they are considering plans to redevelop the Southampton Beach Resort (formerly Sonesta Beach Hotel) as a beach club for The Fairmont Hamilton Princess. If carried out, the new private members club would be located on Boat Bay Beach, which is one of three beaches on the property, and would consist of a restaurant/bar, beach, gym, spa and tennis courts.
