Marsh and Guy Carpenter announced today two $2,500 donations to The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award (DofE) and to Community Driven Development (CDD). The DofE is a non-formal education programme for ages 14 to 25 years that provides opportunities for young people to develop essential life skills. -Company Repositions as Full-Service Telecommunications Provider in Bermuda and Cayman and Strengthens Infrastructure-     The KeyTech Group of Companies today announces a total comprehensive loss from continuing operations of $1.9 million for the year ending March 31, 2015, compared with $1.7 million in the previous year. Net loss for the year from continuing operations was $15.9 million versus $2.1 million in the prior year. This past Sunday, July 26, Elbow Beach Bermuda hosted Cup Match players, their coaches and past and retired captains from both teams at a special cocktail reception to celebrate the Cup Match tradition in Bermuda. The event was held around the hotel’s signature pool area with team flags for both Somerset and St. George’s flying overhead. Argus Donates to PALS

The Argus Group today announces it has made a donation to PALS, an organisation dedicated to providing cancer patients with quality care primarily in the home setting. At any given time, PALS nurses, volunteers and caregivers provide homecare for more than 100 cancer patients. On average, about ten new patients each month are referred to PALS by physicians and family members. When a patient is referred to PALS, a nurse visits the individual at home for an initial assessment to determine the patient’s specific needs. WINNERS ANNOUNCED IN FIRST DESIGN-BUILD COMPETITION “BENCHED”

The Institute of Bermuda Architects (IBA) today announces the winners of “Benched”, a design-build competition aimed at students in both high school and university.
