The front desk staff would give different answers to the same question by different staff. The overcrowding in the Ocean Restaurant for breakfast. Why not use this beautiful room for dinner also. Open another room for breakfast. At the beach shortage of staff and lounge chairs. If I had known there was going to a huge convention I would not have come at that time. At the end of my stay I received a bill for charges that I never made. It was corrected at checkout. I hope my comments are helpful and will improve the problems. Being a
