POLICE have renewed appeals for motorists to slow down and drive responsibly.
It comes after Police reported that between March 1 and March 8, there were 11 road injuries from crashes, 41 reported damage-only crashes and 11 people arrested on suspicion of impaired driving.
Additionally, Police urge car drivers to ensure their seat-belts are fastened at all times, with children in the vehicle, restrained.
As for those who ride bikes on the Island’s roads… Police remind them to fasten their helmets and avoid making a third lane.
