Man leads Police on chase crashes, then is arrested

BERMUDA — Sunday, Sept. 27, 2009 — [Bermuda Wired]: A motorcycle rider leading cops on a chase along North Shore Road, Devonshire ended up crashing and was arrested for outstanding warrants.
The details of the chase, around 2 a.m. Saturday, are unclear at this time. The rider was a 23-year-old Smith’s Parish man.
He lost control over his cycle near the St. Mark’s Road/Collectors Hill area in Smith’s, before he was transported to the hospital and treated for facial injuries.
Once released, Police placed him under arrest.
