Dancehall artist 'Bounty Killer' blocked from entering Trinidad
BERMUDA — Monday, Oct. 5, 2009 — [Bermuda Wired]: TRINIDADIAN authorities have refused to allow Jamaican dancehall singer ‘Bounty Killer’ into their country.

Killer, whose real name is Rodney Basil Price, arrived in the country to perform at a show last night hosted by Jacho Entertainment, before being blocked and deported to Jamaica by immigration officers.

Mystery surrounds Trinidad and Tobago’s decision to deny entry to the controversial artist… C News, in the Caribbean, suggests the order came from the country’s Ministry of National Security.

The last time the singer was in the country saw him arrested and charged with using obscene language during a staged performance.
