TWO of seven rental cycles traveling near the Bermuda Aquarium Museum & Zoo were involved in a day-light collision. NEIGHBORS in the Fenton’s Drive area in Pembroke are tonight fearing for their lives following an outbreak of gunfire earlier today. One woman speaking to ZBM news tonight refused to give her name fearing she could be killed. She said she heard six gun shots at around 2.30 p.m. at the parking lot at the top of the hill, just off Parson’s Road. NOTORIOUS Child Rapist and murderer Chesterfield Johnson has found himself yet again before the courts. He appeared in Magistrates’ Court today and admitted to obstructing Police and violently resiting arrest. ZBM television reports tonight that 59-year-old Johnson, of no fixed abode, was randomly stopped on a motorcycle by cops between Court and Elliot street on Saturday. Airport drug busts

AN arriving passenger on a commercial flight at the LF Wade International Airport Thursday, was arrested on suspicion of importing drugs. ZBM News reported Friday night the drugs were reportedly found inside of the passenger’s hand luggage. That passenger is currently in Police custody and awaiting a court appearance early next week. In a separate incident, reports have been recived of two Bermudians women being plucked off a Continental Airlines flight at Newark Airport in New Jersey on Thursday. No further information was available.
