More tourists involved in traffic crash
TWO of seven rental cycles traveling near the Bermuda Aquarium Museum & Zoo were involved in a day-light collision. Police and first responders received the call to the North Shore around 2.15 on Wednesday — the incident resulted in a male rider and female pillion passenger on one of the rental cycles receiving minor injuries. AN arriving passenger on a commercial flight at the LF Wade International Airport Thursday, was arrested on suspicion of importing drugs. ZBM News reported Friday night the drugs were reportedly found inside of the passenger’s hand luggage. That passenger is currently in Police custody and awaiting a court appearance early next week. In a separate incident, reports have been recived of two Bermudians women being plucked off a Continental Airlines flight at Newark Airport in New Jersey on Thursday. No further information was available.
